What to expect from our working relationship?

For our first brainstorming session with a site visit, you shall be required to provide us with a copy of the property contract, the site plan, the owners’ National ID cards, their birth certificates, a proof of their Address and we shall handle everything from that point to the final notary agreement.

– Our agency fee is 2% of the total property value plus 15% VAT
– As per our local legislations, the Registration fee is 5% on the declared value if the asset is owned for more than 5 years or 10% if it is owned for less than 5 years.
